Every attachment.
One click.
Select up to 100 emails and save all their attachments as one ZIP or straight into a OneDrive folder, renamed by date and sender, with signature logos left out.
20 files a month free · No credit card · Attachments never touch our servers
The “Save all attachments” the new Outlook forgot.
Classic macros and COM add-ins don't run in the new Outlook. AttachDrop brings bulk saving back, and does it better.
Up to 100 emails at once
Tick the emails you need in any folder. AttachDrop finds every attachment and shows the count and size before you save.
One ZIP, built on your device
The ZIP is assembled inside Outlook on your computer, so it's fast and private. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Or straight to OneDrive
Pick any OneDrive or SharePoint folder. Large files upload in chunks directly from Outlook to Microsoft.
Rename rules
Build names from date, time, sender, domain, subject and the original file name, or file into a folder per sender or per day.
Only the files you want
Skip inline images and signature logos, filter by PDF, Office, images or your own extensions, and ignore tiny files.
Nothing lost
Duplicate names get _2, _3. A clear list shows anything Outlook couldn't hand over, with one-click retry.
Your attachments never touch our servers.
AttachDrop runs inside Outlook. Files travel from your mailbox to your device or your own OneDrive, and nowhere else.
Questions
Which Outlook versions work?
The new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web (Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com) and classic Outlook for Windows with Microsoft 365. Outlook for Mac saves the attachments of the open email.
Why only 100 emails?
That's Outlook's own limit for selecting emails in an add-in. You can run AttachDrop as many times as you like.
Are big attachments OK?
Yes. OneDrive uploads use Microsoft's resumable upload sessions. For very large ZIPs (over about 500 MB) we suggest OneDrive, which doesn't need to hold everything in memory.
What about OneDrive links in emails?
Cloud attachments are links, not files. AttachDrop lists them in a cloud-links.txt file inside your ZIP or folder.
