Questions
What counts as one file?
Each attachment you save counts as one file, whether it goes into a ZIP or OneDrive. Skipped files and files that fail don't count. Free counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
How does Team work?
The person who buys Team covers up to 10 colleagues who sign in with the same Microsoft 365 organisation. Seats are claimed automatically the first time a colleague saves.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Manage billing in the pane. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
Do you store my files?
No. Attachments go from Outlook to your device or your OneDrive and never reach our servers. See Privacy.
